1. How do I use the roller oils?
Simply roll onto pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. The warmth of your skin helps release the aroma and benefits throughout the day or night.

2. How long does each roller last?

  • 1ml sample rollers: Around 20–22 uses. With light, occasional use, they can last 1–2 weeks. With daily use, they last about 5–7 days.

  • 10ml full-size rollers: Around 200–220 uses. With regular daily use, they typically last 2–3 months, and with occasional use, they can last up to 6 months or more.

3. What ingredients are in the blends?
Each blend is made with jojoba oil (carrier), vitamin E oil, and pure essential oils. We do not use synthetic fragrances, parabens, or artificial fillers.

4. Are the oils safe for sensitive skin?
Our blends are diluted in jojoba oil and vitamin E, making them gentle for topical use. However, as with any natural product, we recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

5. Can I wear these instead of perfume?
Yes. The blends double as natural, subtle fragrances while also providing mood-supporting aromatherapy benefits.

6. Are the oils safe for children or during pregnancy?
These blends are designed for adults. Essential oils can be very concentrated, so we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or applying on children.

7. How should I store my rollers?
Keep your rollers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This helps maintain the quality and shelf life of the oils.

8. What is the shelf life of the oils?
When stored properly, your rollers should last up to 12–18 months. You may notice the scent soften slightly over time, but they remain safe to use within this period.

9. Do you test on animals?
No. Our products are cruelty-free and made only with plant-based ingredients.

10. What’s the difference between the three blends?

  • Focus + Energy: Peppermint, Lemon, Rosemary, Eucalyptus – designed to uplift, refresh, and sharpen concentration.

  • Calm + Sleep: Lavender, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Frankincense – helps relax, ground, and support restful sleep.

  • Attract + Confidence: Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Sweet Orange, Bergamot – warm, uplifting, and mood-boosting.

We currently ship within the UK. International shipping options may be added soon.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size of your order. We aim to keep postage as affordable as possible.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we occasionally run free shipping promotions. Be sure to check our store banner or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

5. What is your returns policy?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can track the package with the courier and resolve the issue.
